I've been using Beet flow and HCL for a few months. I take 2 capsules of each supplement with meals. My digestion has improved and as long as I take beet flow, I do not have gallbladder pain.

Gall bladder removed 15 years ago.
Recently developed pain again.
This helped with my bile flow.
